My Choices for Camphill's Gallery Show
This is super quick post, but there will be a long one to follow up for sure. Many folks know that I photograph people of all ages affected by Autism and other mental and physical challenges. I do this on a sliding scale and I LOVE IT! It completes me in a way I never dreamed of. If you want to learn more about how I got into this type of work, read this post about our son and how my camera helped us reach him in his early years fighting (and still fighting) autism. Anyway, I have been capturing the life of the students and staff at the Camphill Special Schools in Phoenixville PA, for over a year now and I hope to return at least one more time this fall. I was asked to be apart of a gallery show in conjunction with a fundraiser in Philadelphia this November. I was asked for two images, but of course that's impossible for me. I will be picking two of the following images shown below. I thought it would be fun to share what caught my eye right away. I think I know which ones will go in, but sharing is fun regardless! Enjoy.
