Love is a State of Mind - Pamela and Mike's North End Engagement Session
I met Pamela through my lovely bride, Christine. We hung out at Christine's baby shower - yes, I get invited to my bride's baby showers and I love it! Anyhoo - at one point during the shower, Pamela said to me, "I swear when I get engaged, I'm hiring you". Well she wasn't kidding! About a year later, I got the awesome email from her keeping her promise. Time for the practice session and a day date with Pam and Mike. And it was time to actually meet Mike, her fiancé.
In November, we met at their North End apartment where my goal was really to get to know Mike. I already loved Pammy and she loved me. But would Mike dig me too? I learned a lot about him in a very short period of time. He really opened up and found out that we have a lot in common. I think I passed the test.
So then it was off for a practice session around downtown Boston. They brought their brand new puppy for part of the shoot and I have to say she was super squishy. Then we decided to crash their wedding location - The State Room. The staff there was super laid back and had no problem letting us in to snap a few photos while they were setting up for an event that evening. I can't wait to shoot their wedding there!
