There is No Place like Home - A Quick Trip to Philly
A short blog this week, since I am technically out of the office, but I wanted to share with you a little about me and about the importance of going back to where you grew up every once in a while.
This is school vacation week for my kids, and since we have our house on the market, the last thing I wanted to do was pull them out of the house every time we had a showing. So road tripping was the best solution. And where should we go? Well, home, of course.
I'm from Philly, a true Philadelphia girl at heart, transplanted into the Boston area. So we went back to visit family for a much-needed trip to get some soul and art and nature all at the same time. The great thing about the city I come from is this: There is never enough time to do everything I want, but it's worth it to try!
