Let's Hear it for the Boys - Aidan's Practice Session

As I’ve mentioned before, prior to shooting a Mitzvah, I go and spend some time with the teen and his or her close friends at home. I want to get them comfortable in front of the camera and get to experience them as unique young adults. Well up to now, anytime I have blogged a practice session for my Mitzvah kids, it's always been a girl, so today I thought I would mix things up and share with you what a Bar Mitzvah BOY practice session looks like.

One really nice spring day in March I headed out to Aidan's house to hang with a bunch of his friends and family to play around for an hour. I think the images speak for themselves. Aidan is a great kid and has the most wonderful friends, who really helped keep the session fun and interesting for sure. It was a great way to get to know him and his family before the big day.
